About the Founder

Kevin Martin is a Marine Corps veteran, former GSA Contract Specialist, and federal acquisition strategist. After serving in Iraq and transitioning into federal contracting, he worked inside GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program, where he reviewed proposals, audited contract files, and saw firsthand how companies succeeded or failed in the federal space.

That experience shaped his approach: federal contracting is not about cutting corners or gaming the system. It's about building capability, maintaining compliance, and operating with discipline. Too many companies treat GSA MAS as a checkbox or a badge—then wonder why they don't win work.
